I am a Data analyst, or specifically, a data-driven Mental Health Systems Research Specialist and Research Analyst with expertise in applied analytics, econometrics, and healthcare data systems. Currently serving at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, I lead a 24-month applied research project reducing Did Not Attend (DNA) rates in community mental health services. I was selected as one of 29 from 300 applicants for the NHS Digital & Data Academy Grant.
I am also the Founder of Donmaths Research Consultancy, through which I have mentored over 3,200 undergraduate and postgraduate students across Nigeria, the UK, Europe, and North America, strengthening institutional research capacity and analytical skills. My research has appeared in peer-reviewed international journals and has been presented at academic conferences in Ghana, Rwanda, and globally.
